Ellaine & the Shandells
The group's name is incorrect - it should be Elaine and the Shardells. The singer's name at that time was Elaine DeMarchi and she was born in Chicago. She sang with a group of 7 guys and they played clubs and dances, etc., all around the Chicago area and eventually cut this single "Tell me That You Care" on one side and "Black Crack" on the other side. I am the Elaine who sang this song. Just wondering how this song made it onto the Girls in the Garage CD? Read more on Last.fm.
